Returns & Withdrawal

kaisenpress.com does not sell directly: purchases are made on third-party platforms (notably Amazon). Returns and the right of withdrawal are therefore governed by the platform where you bought.

Printed books

For a paperback or hardcover bought on Amazon, returns follow Amazon's return policy (generally a 30-day window for eligible items, with applicable statutory guarantees). Requests are made from your Amazon account under “Your Orders”.

Digital products (ebooks)

For an ebook, the right of withdrawal may not apply once download or reading has started, under the legal exceptions for digital content. Exact terms are those of the platform (e.g. the Kindle store).

Faulty product

For a damaged or non-conforming item, the sales platform (Amazon) handles replacement or refund under its terms and statutory guarantees.
