These terms govern the use of the kaisenpress.com showcase site, published by JA Technology Sàrl (“we”).
1. Purpose
The site presents the books and products of Kaisen Press. The site does not sell directly. “Buy” buttons link to third-party sales platforms (notably Amazon, and where applicable Etsy).
2. Sales via third-party platforms
Any order, payment, delivery and return is concluded and performed directly with the relevant platform (e.g. Amazon), under that platform's terms and policies, which alone govern the transaction.
3. Prices
Prices shown on the site are indicative and may differ from the actual price on the sales platform at the time of purchase, which prevails. Applicable taxes are those applied by the platform.
4. Availability
Items marked “coming soon” are not yet for sale. Only items with an active purchase link are available.
5. Delivery, returns and withdrawal
These are governed by the sales platform. See our Returns & Withdrawal page.
6. Intellectual property
Books, text and images are protected. Use is limited to personal use of the copy purchased; unauthorised reproduction or resale is prohibited.
7. Liability
Information is provided in good faith. We are not liable for the use of third-party platforms or for indirect damage. Nothing herein limits your mandatory statutory rights.
8. Governing law
Swiss law; courts at the company's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live.
